SHIPPING & RETURNS
Yes, all of our orders are shipped with insurance and require an adult signature upon delivery. Our insurance and shipping liability ends once your order is signed for.
We want you to be completely happy with the items you order from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchase through the Site, you may return such item (accompanied by your sales receipt) within 30 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you and elect to:
Exchange the item for another item available for purchase through the Site
Receive a refund in the amount you paid for the item
Receive a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item that may be applied to your purchase of another item through the Site.
To return an item you purchased through the Site, please email us at support@emillieanne.com with your order and indicate the reason(s) for the return and whether you wish to exchange the item or to receive a refund or merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item pursuant to these Terms of Sale.
We will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.
Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All items returned to us must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. In addition, all returned items must include the original packaging in good condition and all associated tags. Used items are not eligible for return unless such items are defective. Some exclusions may apply.
A refund will be posted to your Shop Pay Installments account once we process your return. For most orders, Shop Pay will not charge you as long as your order is returned within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If your return is processed after 30 days, you will be charged for the interest for your loan up until the return. In the event that you return only part of your order, the amount of the merchandise that you returned, along with applicable taxes and fees, will be refunded to your Shop Pay account, and you will be responsible for paying off the balance with Shop Pay. WARRANTY & REPAIRS
All defective ÉMILLIE ANNE jewelry is covered under a 1-year manufacturing warranty.
Defective items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and include the original sales receipt to be eligible for replacement. After 30 days from the purchase date, defective jewelry will be processed as a repair.
The ÉMILLIE ANNE warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or negligence, natural tarnishing that may occur over time, or purchases made from an unauthorized retailer.

Upon receiving your information, a representative from our repair services team will send you a packing slip and order number to track your repair or replacement. Please print this packing slip and include it with your jewelry return. If your jewelry was purchased within the last 12 months, please include a copy of your receipt with the return. Please pack jewelry securely to prevent damage during transit. We do not return original packaging, so please keep jewelry pouches and boxes.
We recommend insuring the package with FedEx or UPS and keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
